BE SAFE! Have a sign-in sheet that YOU fill out for each person as they enter your home. You complete the name and address from the buyer’s driver’s license and add other contact information such as their e-mail address and phone number(s). Note which financial any bank affiliation along with a contact name and phone number. Since this person may very well be handing you an earnest money check in the near future, you may want to make note of the driver's license information while it is in your hand.
