Property Notes:

Enjoy living by the water, in a water oriented community,
without the high cost of being labeled "Waterfront".

Comfortable & Cozy Cape Cod in the Land of Sky Blue Waters. This "Water View" property was being updated and renovated by the owner but the owner must move to care for an ailing parent. There is still some work to be done but this creates an opportunity for you. Your chance to buy for a fraction of the full potential value and finish the work to your own specifications.

Eastern Boulevard (between Maryland routes 700 and 43) - turn onto Wilson Point Road. Proceed 1.8 miles to property on the right - (1/10 of a mile beyond "Road Ends 1/2 Mile".)

Call Mark (410) 866-8508 or 443-474-6412 to schedule an appointment or with any questions.

Property Views:

Above: The top row of photographs are views of the front of the property from various points along Wilson Point Road. The property is along the far reaches of Wilson Point Road where there is no through traffic and only the local residents (or their visitors) travel. Welcome to your refuge, far from the hustle & bustle of the maddening world and bright city lights. Come star gaze where life moves a bit slower and the sky is a bit clearer.

The two photos below: on the left the property's garage/workshop which has been neglected and awaits your design to revitalized it. On the right, a sampling of the property's water view.

Below: a view of the stone driveway from the rear of the property. The covered concrete patio (from both sides) all ready for picnic tables, brew and seafood — can you say CRAB FEAST!

Step inside for a closer look

Living Room (10' x 16’)
(All dimensions are Depth by Width in relation to the front entrance.)

You enter into a small foyer (photo 1) that leads to the main living area. The living room (photos 2 & 3) features a three-section bay window, a smaller front window and rugged hardwood floors appropriate for a water oriented home. Across the living room is the archway to the kitchen. To the right (photo 4) is the entrance to the bath and sleeping quarters. All areas are fleshly painted.

Kitchen (13' x 11')
Kitchen features fresh paint, updated counters and cabinets, kitchen island, refrigerator, propane gas oven/stove, stainless steel sink.

The two photos below show the ceramic tile tops of the kitchen counter and island.

Bedrooms (Master 11' x 14' and Second 10' x 10')

The master (front) bedroom offers an installed ceiling light/fan, hardwood floor, two windows (front and side). The second bedroom features hardwood floor, two windows (rear and side) and ceiling electrical box where a ceiling light/fan can be installed.

The full bath features a tub sized walk-in shower with fiber-glass enclosure, updated vanity and sink.

Upper Level (Bedroom 10' x 29' and Sitting Area 13' x 8')

The partially finished (ceiling and carpeted floor) still awaits finishing touches along the walls. Maybe some built-in drawers and hanger rods or just walled straight down. The "sitting area", that extends out over the front of the house, is paneled and has the front sliding window. For some reason I picture the upper level loaded with inflatable mattresses for a team sleep-over the night before an early game.

Laundry/Utility Room:

Just off the kitchen, the clothes washer and dryer sit in front of the rear window. In the other direction is the furnace and hot water heater.

This is a water oriented community. It is surrounded by water — thus the term, "the land of sky blue water." Since this property is NOT WATER-FRONT, in order to access the water you need to know someone who can give you access.

If you don't have a relative along the waterway, Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks may be your new BFF. On the peninsula, Baltimore County maintains Wilson Point Park. Photo 1 below show a section of the park from off shore. Photo 2 show the posted boat launch hours. Once launched, Photo 3, you are Rollin' Down The River. From there, Photo 4, you are free to chase the sun.
